The Vinings HOA would like to remind everyone of the following:
Parking at front entrance - please be mindful of other homeowners who are trying to leave the community on school days. It is a safety issue when everyone crowds the front entrance to park while waiting for the school bus. As a reminder, the Florida Drivers Handbook states that parking within 30 feet of any stop sign on street corners is not allowed. Compliance with this law would be greatly appreciated. For the complete section on Parking, please click here.
The Vinings School Bus Stop is located at the benches near the front entrance. For the safety of the children, please refrain from waiting at the corner of CR-210 and the Vinings Drive. Please see News page for more information.
Parking on your front lawn or in the roadways is a violation of the covenants of the Vinings neighborhood. The covenants specify that parking is to be on the driveway or in the garage. (See here for full covenants) PLEASE NOTE: This applies to all homeowners, renters and long term visitors. Thank you for your cooperation.
NEW - Dog owners please be mindful and make sure to clean up after your pets throughout the neighborhood. Please dispose of waste in your own trash container. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please adhere to posted speed limits and other street signs in the neighborhood for the safety of everyone.
